After hearing so much about the salon, I decided to try it out. The staff was friendly, but I left extremely dissatisfied with my hair. I asked for a very straightforward coloring, and I left with a mash up of poorly executed hair color. I'm not sure if the colorist was rushing through, but it was as if she had not listened to a word I said. On top of it, I was charged extra for styling that was also done poorly. I left looking ridiculous and very upset. Will not be returning.

Thanks Kristin!! After walking out on an appointment at another salon where I had a couple of unfortunate experiences, I chanced on an opening with Kristin. I got a fantastic cut from her and had a great experience. She was easy to communicate with on all levels, something lacking with the previous stylist at that other salon. Kristin easily understood how I described the cut and she did a super job, not to mention that incredible shampoo. Kristin has personality, great looks, and enormous talent!!!

Jen did my hair and it turned out AMAZING!! She has been the only colorist to ever get my hair the right red color that I wanted. Absolutely LOVE it. She's such a sweetheart as well and takes good care of you and makes sure you are satisfied 100% with your hair. Definitely recommend her! I'll never go to anyone else again. Thanks again, Jen!

After reading reviews and needing a new stylist I made an appointment. It had taken me 6 months to grow my hair out and be able to do something different. I explained that I wanted to keep it somewhat longer especially down to and around my ears. Before I knew it the stylist was cutting it so short that there was no going back. My hair is wavy and curly and it is very important how it is cut especially in the front. She did no combing or checking how my hair fell just started cutting. I now have a hair cut that is just short, no style. Very difficult to work with. For the price and the reputation of the salon I definitely expected better. Needless to say, not going back.
